The Event and Lodging Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or by appointment.
Whether you’re in Lincoln to attend a UNL Athletics event, Lied Center performance, or just visiting family, the Grand Manse has several great rooms to suit your needs. Whether it’s one night or an extended stay, we are here to furnish to you a home away from home.

Standard amenities in all suites include fully furnished kitchens, in suite washer dryer, expanded cable TV channels and complimentary parking. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
 
The Pavilion

An interesting piece of Lincoln history, this cottage at 100 N 9th is one-of-a-kind in Lincoln. The quiet and cozy bedroom offers a pillow-top queen sized bed topped with luxury linens and pillows. In addition to the kitchen/dining area, the Pavilion includes a great room with a 52-inch plasma television. The great room has both a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa to add sleeping comfort for an additional four people.
 
The Liberty Suite

The two-bedroom, two-bath Liberty Suite provides a restful retreat for families hosting events at the Grand Manse and for business executives. This suite, located next to the Grand Hall, overlooks the Acklie Fountain in Government Square Park. The Liberty Suite has two queen beds fit with luxury linens, a comfortable living room and fully furnished kitchen.
 

 

The Roydon Suite

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom suite. 16? high ceilings, 10‘ windows, wood floors, granite counter tops and an open floor plan will be sure to make you feel like royalty! Located on the northwest corner of Grand Manse, this suite has a great view of Lincoln’s historic Haymarket. Reserve the Roydon Suite for any out of town guests, a weekend of tailgating in the heart of downtown during football season, or just for a get away!
 

 

The Penthouse Suite

The Penthouse Suite is our largest and most luxurious suite located at the Grand Manse.This suite requires a minimum 2 night stay, and with the ability to sleep 20 people in the 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom suite, your weekend stay would be one to remember!

Note: The Penthouse is only available for rent during football season.
