The Grand Manse offers a unique downtown living opportunity. Each apartment is a blend of historic features and modern conveniences.  Tall ceilings, secured entrances, original woodwork and large windows await you in the historically elegant Grand Manse.

A washer and dryer come in each unit and basic cable is paid. Parking in a secure, heated underground garage may be available for an additional fee.

We currently have no units available in the Grand Manse. For information on other downtown apartments, please visit the WC Shinn Lofts and Lincoln Luxury Living.
