March Wedding Special: Rent the Grand Hall or the Jasmine Room in March 2011 and get the Capitol Hall at half price. The Capitol Hall is the perfect venue for your rehearsal dinner or gift opening.

The Grand Manse offers spaces suitable for intimate gatherings of a few close friends or large celebrations of more than 600. No matter the size of the event, we will help you create the perfect atmosphere.

All event room rental fees include initial set up with 60-inch round tables and chairs, event and bar staff. Additional amenities are listed in the room descriptions. You must make separate arrangements through other vendors to provide supplies and services including catering, entertainment, specialty tables or chairs, linens, tableware and centerpieces. A cleaning fee will be charged for our large event spaces.

Two prep kitchens are located in the building: one in the Jasmine Room and one in the Grand Hall. We welcome any quality, licensed, insured caterer to work with us on your event. We will be happy to provide a list of preferred caterers.

All alcohol must be purchased through the Grand Manse and served by Grand Manse staff.

The historic elegance of the Grand Manse provides a dramatic backdrop for your event. You will need little more than simple centerpieces to make your event beautiful and unique. To help preserve the beauty of the building and its features, decorations may only be attached to the wall with painter’s tape, which we will provide.

Directional signage for your event will be created and posted by the Grand Manse staff. Please do not post additional signs. We will be happy to provide you with maps and parking directions, which you can give to guests before your event.

In most cases, you will have access to your space at 8:00 a.m. on the day of your event. All property not belonging to the Grand Manse must be removed immediately after the event unless other arrangements have been made with your Grand Manse Event Manager in advance. All equipment and supply deliveries must be scheduled with your event manager.

Please inform your guests that entire Grand Manse is smoke-free.
