The Grand Manse provides unique rooms rich in character, history and architectural beauty. The Jasmine RoomThe Grand Manse is proud to introduce the elegant Jasmine Room. An antique bar, French Doors that open onto a spacious patio, many original architectural features and soaring sky-lit ceilings provide a dramatic backdrop for your wedding reception or corporate event.The Jasmine Room has more than 5,500 square feet and can host 450 guests for a sit-down dinner or 700 guests for cocktails when the outdoor patio is also used.The Jasmine Room has three, high-definition projectors, LED lighting and a sound system including a wireless microphone. A modern caterer’s kitchen and full-service bar are located within the Jasmine Room. We welcome any quality, licensed, insured caterer to work with us on your event. The Grand Hall The Grand Hall, with its intricate 24-foot tall oak walls, ornate crown molding, polished maple floors and stunning murals, is a one-of-a-kind venue.This former courtroom has the original judge’s bench, which has been outfitted to provide beverage service. When your guests hear, “You may now approach the bar,” they will do so in grand fashion! The original courtroom jury box remains in the room to provide elevated seating of your honored guests, space for cocktail tables, or a performance stage for entertainment.The room is thirty feet wide, sixty-two feet long. Original leather upholstered grand entry doors open into a marble foyer that adds 500 square feet of event space. The Grand Hall can host 200 guests seated for a wedding, 120 guests for a sit-down dinner or 225 guests for cocktails.The Grand Hall is quickly becoming a favorite venue for murder mystery parties, corporate events, rehearsal dinners and intimate weddings. |

Capitol Hall With its marble walls and soaring 16′ ceilings and Art Deco murals, the Capitol Hall is a unique venue for board meetings, private receptions for visiting dignitary, or small wedding ceremonies. It’s also a great place to gather for staff retreats, family reunions or bridal showers. |
